PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING A PROPELLER!

Propellers are very specific to individual boats and are modified to fit your particular vessel.

Manufacturer, blade style, diameter, pitch, blade area, rotation, material, and bore size(shaft size) are extremely critical to ordering the correct propeller for your boat.

If any of the information you provide to us is incorrect, you will not receive the right propeller for your vessel and the performance of the propeller will be totally unsuitable for your boat. 

Since we(New England Propeller) modify the propeller casting by boring them out, repitching, and/or adding cup, we(New England Propeller) are selling you a customized propeller specific to your boat.

Therefore, our (New England Propeller) policy is once a propeller has been modified we are no longer able to take it back or refund your money. We also cannot exchange it for another propeller. 

Please make sure you have provided the correct information when ordering and we will all be much happier with the final result.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
